Acne treatment

Hello folks, yes, if you suffer from moderate acne not extremely severe then you can try some effective herbal medicines other then harmful medicines that gives serious side effects. Well at this age of my late 20s i m suffering from more then moderate acne. And yes after going through possible side effects of effective medicines i feel reluctant to try it out. And another is the bitter leaves of Malabar nut, Athatoda vasica of which juice can be applied on acne and the leaf decoction can be taken internally. We normally use to drink the boiled extract for cold and cough syndromes and sometimes for bathing too. Just recently i came across its specific uses for skin problem like severe acne. And i applied it's juice and it gives noticeable drying effect. And the internal intake can go for a month or so taking trice in a week.
